Requirements

• Completed Permit Information Sheet or Permit Request Form submitted online
• Two to Six complete sets of plans (depending on jurisdiction)--including energy calcs, truss details, etc.
• Blank check made out to permit jurisdiction
• All other documents necessary to obtain the permit (this can be determined by calling the jurisdiction) or exploring their website
